Due to the many recent problems caused by the use of non-original spare parts for respected employers, according to its new policies, Hyosung company hereby announces that this company will only directly and through its exclusive representative in Iran ( Setareh Sobh Sanat Company) communicates with respected employers to meet their needs for supplying parts and equipment. It should be noted that spare parts are produced exclusively and based on the serial number of each pump, so it is not possible to order through different companies and Hyosung Company will only respond to requests sent by the final consumer.

 

In addition, Hyosung Company emphasizes that it has not submitted any technical and financial proposal to any domestic or foreign company for the pumps of Zavareh power plant. Therefore, this company does not provide any guarantee regarding the originality of the parts that the respected employer procures in ways other than those suggested by the manufacturer, and hereby declares that it bears no responsibility for possible defects caused by the use of non-original spare parts. This is not the company.
